What we're looking for

  • An EHR that holds free-text physician notes, not only structured fields
  • At least 2,500 patients or 10 clinicians
  • Longitudinal records: visit notes, problem lists, medications, allergies, vitals and lab results
  • Records that can be de-identified to HIPAA Safe Harbor or Expert Determination

Not a fit

  • Synthetic or sample charts
  • Records without physician notes
  • Data already licensed exclusively through a broker
